Ok, this game is just impossible to play online at the moment. the lag and the frame skipping is horrible, did they actually test the online play? It don’t seem like it. and no lobbies?? WTH were you thinking. And the campaign does nothing for me. there is kind of a story but it does not flow well at all. Needs some major fixing.

THERE is lag on the 360 version but not into the exaggerated extent some people are saying i’ve been playing more then a few games with zero lag.

Yes I’m playing on the 360 and I’ve tried playing 9 or 10 games and everyone of them is the same, bad lag and horrible frame skipping, and all of my friends are experiencing the same issue. So maybe this is just an issue with the consoles they need to work out

That’s what id Software is afraid of as far as running Rage running on id Tech 5 to it’s max potential on the 360. They don’t think it can handle it, infact they even requested that Microsoft create a better hard drive (this was a few years back). I don’t think it’s a frame rate problem, but I have noticed at times in Container City it gets extremely laggy… however I’ve been looking for some answers… I’m going to try to install it on my hard drive, and all that’ll really do is allow load slightly faster, or increase frame rate very mildly… I recommend you do it, despite it maybe not helping lag.

Even with installing it to the HD, it’s still TERRIBLE. Did they even test this game online? Christ, it’s horrible.

I am starting to think that they never even tested online(for the PC at least), thats why its so terribly laggy and in all the videos before the release they are fighting a bunch of bots shooting at walls and humping door knobs. Fix the god damn lag and texture gridding or at least let us know that you are doing something or looking into it.

The fan boys who defend this game are morons. The textures load slowly and the game lags to hell online (xbox 360). This game is not even playable 95% of the time online. Offline the game is worthless… Thus, the game is worthless. FAIL. I’m returning the game today and putting the credits towards a real game… LA Noire
