Not getting loadout cards

I’m not getting any cards from cases that I open. I’ve opened about 10 so far (I didn’t notice it was happening until after I opened all of them), and none of them show up in my inventory. I get the notification, but the cards aren’t showing up.

Okay it looks like when I had sorting enabled, it wouldn’t show any new cards. My bad, not a bug, just a weird feature.
