Not enough people play ranked... What would get you to play more ranked matches?

Being able to play public server games as comp matches are being found would be lovely.

currently, if more people were playing, i’d attempt to play. but if that was the case, we wouldn’t have the problem in the first place. i don’t know what matchmaking for comp is like, but if it’s better than the always one sided beatdowns that stopwatch offers, then that is another thing that would entice me to play. being a solo player puts me off playing comp to begin with, but if there was something cool to work towards getting by playing comp then i would put up with it

I no longer play competitive due to friendly fire being turned on. it just doesn’t feel like the same game. it’s not the Dirty Bomb that I enjoy.

If they turned friendly fire off again, then I would play.

That and just simply not enough reason to want to

It’s not that different once you get used to it, or at least it’s not for me.

I tell you what, one of the most satisfying feelings in this game is watching a downed Nader explode their own medic. Always funny.

Have competitive servers on my region, or at least on US East, where is playable for me. (I Live in South America)

There are comp servers on US East, it’s just random when you queue if you get one or not.

Ranked pits you against premades, so it’s not meant for solo players to just jump in. I’ll start playing ranked when they come out with the solo player one.

I got 600h and even with that I need a better team, and a lot of people in ranked have 800h and 700h, so np

This is something that discourage me from playing competitive, I’ve have 2 rank match modes, regular and hardcore rank match which enable friendly fire.

I get back to Comp, when they prevent full 5 man parties to play against solo players. Until then i’m not losing my time on Comp.
