not accepting payments for no reason seemingly

no idea what the issue is, but its been driving me insane over the past few days. Been following this game since it was leaked that it was being worked on, but wanted to wait for a bit to give money after the massive fail that was brink.

so i went to order the elite package the other day, and every single time i get a msg “bank has not authorized purchase”. ive called my bank twice, and both times they’ve told me that they dont even see the purchase trying to authorize at all. i made a support ticket #1423. i mean, you dont have to take my money, but you prolly should

Are you trying to pay with a credit card? I had the same problem myself when I upgraded 6 weeks ago. The support team confirmed they had a problem with processing credit card purchases and suggested I pay via PayPal which will accept your credit card for the payment. I would have assumed it would have been fixed by now, but apparently not…:frowning:

yup, that’s the reply i just received

There has recently been some issues with certain credit cards in certain territories not being accepted. We are currently looking to rectify this issue. In the mean-time we suggest you try using PayPal for this transaction.

yeah i just threw $60 into my buddies paypal account, and purchased it an hour ago. Probably something that should be looked into asap. who knows how much money has been lost because of it
