Noob Question

How can I make a C shape with the curve on the bottom? Like the bottom half of a circle.
I know how to do patch bends but i have a thing that needs to be like half a circle but with the curve on the bottom. the middle of the curve on the bottom. Can anyone help?

I have it in a picture form of what i want.

No you see the entrance to that tunnel? I need like a door there, in that shape. Not like a square, but the shape of the tunnel. How do i do that?

you can use ‘cutter’ tool (press X), but it won’t be very smooth.

any other way?
I tried making the bend but it wont flip the way i want it to.

I am not sure if i get it…
make a Bevel and then select -> Curve -> Cap Selection and select what you need…
then you would have smth like a half “door” for a tunnel. of course you also can use an “End Cap” instead of a “Bevel”. (Thats how it works for me in v 1.4.0)
