No Sound

For some reason I have no sound in game. I had it when i first downloaded the game but shortly after it disappeared. No my sound isn’t and i have already verified game cache and that didnt work. Any ideas?

Lol hey man, remember me? I’m going to try out this game aswell. But anyways. Have you tried updating your sound drivers? Could you tell me what headset/speakers your using currently?

Also, be sure to use ANY extra USB wires that come with your headset. I made the mistake of not using my USB plug and instead using the mic and headphones wires, quality much better with a USB adapter wire.

i removed my razer synapse and did not update it and it worked. in your case try to remove steelseries engine and download it again and do not update it

you dont happen to have any razer devices or razer synapse in your computer?

Well I have no sound either now. I use to until I did this: Turned off Receive voice volume/adjusting voice to 0. Applied. No audio at all now.

  1. Tried turning it back on and off again
  2. Tried “RESETSOUNDSTATE”
  3. Restarted computer
  4. Backed up and deleted config files to get new one from server
  5. Redownload/install game

Nothing works. Its server side it seems when looking up the profile. Everything audio wise is On or 100%.

I own Audio Techinca AD700x headphones(no software) and MSI Z97 Gaming 5 motherboard.

I have figured out how to fix the problem (and it was an accident how to fix it) I changed my crosshair color and BOOM got my sound back. Really stupid

If you have razer synapse, open it and go to mixer and you will find that it mutes it on launch for some reason, you can simply unmute it and then you should have sound.
