No sound when someone speaks on mic

Hi

I came back to this game after a couple months or so of not playing at all, and now whenever someone uses the in-game push-to-talk my sound cuts out completely (I don’t use mic).

Still having this problem after reinstalling the latest Realtek high def drivers. If I want to avoid the aggravation of my sound popping in and out (it literally POPS) I have to mute EVERYONE on my team at the start of every match.

Still dealing with this strange issue after the update. What else can I do apart from keep trying different drivers? All my windows sound settings are completely vanilla.
