No shuffle in execution

Maybe it’s a bug, maybe not.

It’s not possible to shuffle teams in Execution Mode.

on the topic: its not possible to restart SW servers. only shuffle.

Which is a shame cause usually you want to shuffle a map start and then have a proper SW game.

either way we could REALLY use ‘shuffle and restart’ vote.
