No received voice chat

Hi all. I have a problem.
I reveive no sound when people talk in game. I see the talk symbol but hear nothing.
Comming from CSGO that’s a game breaker for me.
I have receive volume maxed out (both in Dirty Bomb and in Steam). I also have voice chat on. duh.
I’ve tried muting all the sfx/music volume to see if the sound is just low. But as far as I can hear, no sound comes through.
