No Quarter Server help?

I want to launch NQ server but ETDED keeps closing any suggestions? :confused:

try run et.exe and then choose dedicated server - yes. i doubt it will help but you can try…
does etded works with etmain?

my first guess would be com_hunkmegs, since nq adds sooooo much stuff i don’t belive that it works with 64 mb of ram xD
even jaymod + omnibot needs more than 64 whatabout nq then? :smiley:

I have hunkmegs set to 156, but it keeps closing. Here’s what I get:

i’d recommend to delete noquarter folder, and redownload it from official website.

You have the mod installed incorrectly, (client binaries without server binaries, or vice-versa).
You are trying to run an unpure server. No Quarter will not run on an unpure server.

Thanks, everything works fine now. I just have two minor problems.

  1. GeoIp - databese could not be found - what to do?
  2. Omni Bots could not be initialized

I had 7.1 - no luck
I read that nq uses 6 - still no luck

thanks I figured the proper link myself. But still what to do with omni-bots? I love NQ, but I can’t find any good servers, so I need those bots really bad!
