No More Merc Fine Tuning?

i though the M.O.F.O. update include fine tuning for mercs to further balance the game.

Right now Thunder are just massing conc grenade rush (while blinding themselves)
Vasilli being Superior sniper
Kira being non exsistant except for chapel
Bushwhacker being weakling engineer

why the Exp needed to be fine tuned? so that Noobies feelings arent hurt or something when they suck?

Because it clearly wasn’t their focus for this update.

Because MOFO update was the biggest update we had. Remaking all maps isn’t easy you know.

There will probably be a Fine Tuning in December and hopefully a winter event + Turtle and Dockyard release on January

i thought fine tuning mercs abilities and stats is easier than moving textures in the map.

@sweetColumn that’s going to extend the time even more further, which I believe you don’t want to wait for another week or weeks. And shoe did said what’s going to be included in this update.

MOFO wasn’t intended for merc/weapon balance like good old fine-tuning, but I definitely know how you feel.

Eventhough DB’s balance is at stabilized stage,(FPS that all guns/mercs are useful. DB is such a great game considering this.) it’s far away from perfect because of some problems.(Such as burst rifles acting as OP for WAY TOO LONG since 2015 CW update, machine guns overshadowed, MOA, etc.)

I was so happy when 2nd Summer Squash arrived, which was one of the best proper balance patch ever.

But man, this was September! How long do we have to wait for further slight/big changes for merc/weapons.

My goodness.

I understand why they weren’t in the MOFO update, but I do hope they get to balancing mercs out really soon. Bushwhacker needs a major buff.

@sweetColumn Can you provide some info on the Merc EXP gain you’re speaking of? I don’t know what and when they changed something.

The average exp/minute of your last 20 games is used for balancing the teams. All those xp changes help to ensure better team balance in the future.
