No more crates?

Hi everyone,
So I didn’t play the game a lot, but I tried the Alpha before the game was on Steam.
I remember receiving some crates and opening them to get some stuff.
Now I’m playing the game on Steam, I still have a lot of cratekeys, but I just reached level 7 and
I still haven’t received a single crate/item.
Is it normal?

They drop much less frequently than previously. Just keep playing and you will find some soon enough.

Alright, and nothing is supposed to drop when you level up or it is also random?

I got like 2 crates so far and played 2.7 hours.
Also any idea if there will be wipe after the reset on 20th?

@MarshallRawR‌ No, nothing results from leveling up. Crate drops are completely random.

@Soumin‌ Do not quote me, but game tend to have wipes when exiting from Closed Beta. I know not for sure, but if I had to guess, I would say the transition from Closed to Open Beta will include a wipe.

Yeah. I was just got some doubts because of this statement:

“From January 6th - 20th, you will have access to every Mercenary in the game. After that period, we are resetting progression and locking some of the mercs, so Dirty Bomb will be rewarding participation with credits to unlock your favorite!”

Ah yea, chances are that they will reset at that time but hopefully just the store and not your inventory.

Alright I received some. I actually can’t seem to find how to use the cards (or loadout).

When you get into a lobby, click the character of which you have a loadout card for. Click the same character and then a prompt will appear asking you which loadout you wish to utulize. Select the preferred loadout and you will begin using it. Good luck mate! :slight_smile:
