No MK. III case in inventory

I claimed the case but i did not appear in my inventory. Played another game to see if it helps, but still no case.

Same over here too.Just claimed the MKIII and it didn’t show up on the inventory screen.
tried to report the bug but it didn’t allow me to because of the HARD WORK THAT THEY ARE DOING,lies!

I finished my match for day 6 login but was not granted my case even though the claim now page was displayed. I should have been given the Mk III case, but my item page does not show it. It may have something to do with me entering a obj match that was about to end, of which I entered during the score screen before the next match. But I’m guessing this wasn’t the case for you guys and it is simply a general login bonus bug?

It did the same thing for me.
It happened once with an Arsenal case too, and no cases in the inventory still.
