No Lefty Options?

I’m in the UK and got my copy for PS3 this morning.

Just going through the challenges atm and really liking the game.

I’m just disappointed that the button configs don’t cater for me.

I’m a lefty and usually have my fire button set to L1 and aim R2. Fire is the only button that is set in stone so I’m having to use R1 to fire and L1 to aim. I normally have it vice verse.

It’s causing the game to not feel natural for me 'cos I have to think about these two buttons and it’s messing me up.

Why is the fire button set in stone? Why can’t you make it so ANY button can be set to ANY action?

Are there no Lefty devs or testers out there?

Really? You can’t change it? Wow i thought they were all mapable, i didnt even change the controls at all so i didnt notice.

You can change it, there are soooooo many ways to reconfigure, unless you mean switching it to directional instead of x,triangle,circle,square. Otherwise its right in the menu to switch analogs.

If i could count the times i was about to post on a forum over my frustrations only to find the answer right in my face, lol it happens to the best of us. Thats why i always wonder if most complaints are blind rage and not a full analysis of the situation.
