I ran into a problem today where after blowing the door on Aquarium, our team auto-lost the game because there was nothing to escort!

Anyone else seen this? Is this a bug, or is it something more heinous, like a stupid server setting?
Which one is Aquarium? Where the Security has to escort the guy to a speedboat of sorts? While I haven’t seen it happen there I HAVE been on a map as Resistance, the one where you need to hack the safe to get the code to open the door to take the hostage to the start of the level, where after opening the door to escort the hostage… he disappeared so Resistance had absolutely no way to win the map.
Yeah, that’s aquarium.
Sounds like maybe it’s a sporadic problem with the human escort objective? It would be really horrible if the objective didn’t show up in a competitive match…
We’re aware of this issue but any information you may be able to contribute would help.
Has anyone seen it in Solo?
If multiplayer, were you on a dedicated server or a local server?
Were you on a Stopwatch match (where each team takes it in turn as attackers) or was it normal rules?
Has anyone seen this on their own server?
Saw this in multiplayer (Objective), in Sec Tower, after in Aquarium, dedicated server. Didn’t saw this in Solo.
