No Elo for rank wins

I’m not getting my elo for my ranked match wins…

I’m not exactly sure what you are saying.
Are you already ranked?

Yes I’m already ranked bro. I should have gone up in rank but two matches in a row I got no elo when I won. The win didn’t count. I also noticed that my win loss record didn’t change. So i’m guessing your game is not registering the win at all. No it wasn’t a tie…
