Steps to reproduce:

Press Q to deploy an ammo station or Sky Shield drone

Press Q or 4 again
-
Press E or 5 repeatedly to deplete your IR goggles

Press E or 5 again

Press E or 5 to equip the EMP Bolts

Fire an EMP bolt

Press E or 5 again

Expected results: Cooldown “try again” noise is played
