The reason I suggested the Trading standards route is because I’m 90% sure that Game will not replace or refund your product without a kick up the ass.

shagileo, you assume that every SD person moderating the boards knows absolutely everything. :slight_smile:

As I said in my PM, please get in touch with Bethesda Customer Support via the contact info listed in the back of the game manual - that’ll put you through to the local CS team (in your case the one responsible for the UK). They’ll be able to tell you how you should proceed.

In the UK we call it “suggesting you speak to the people responsible for the codes in the boxes”, or just “common sense” for short :slight_smile:

Contacting support via email > posting in either of the forums, for this kind of problem. The only response you’ll get in the forum is that the problem can’t be dealt with in the forum, and to contact support via email. True story.
