As many have stated, playing without augments is an interesting and maybe even better way to play Dirty Bomb. It’s gotten me thinking:
Should we remove augments for Ranked play?
It would definitely make Ranked even tougher to play, but it seems like that’s how SD wants it to be anyways.
I personally wouldn’t like to see this at all, but I’m sure there are some who would.

No, cause then cards might as well not exist and we should just have skins and sights.
Sounds as a good idea for testing to optimize the general weapons but noting more. Some mercs really rely on augments like medics / rhino / bushwacker etc so it would make an already unbalanced game even more unbalance and end up with maybe only 6 viable mercs for ranked.

Isn’t that the point of silver, gold, cobalt, obsidian and other special edition cards?

If you are consistently being spawn killed by a stationary proxy mine then you are bad, and probably deserve it. Same goes for your team or anyone else. Note: Consistently.
Lol, why are people putting disagree? I didn’t say I wanted no augments in Ranked, I just asked the question (assuming they didn’t read the part where I say that in the OP)
