NEXT ROTATION: Fletcher, Fragger and Arty!

Let’s hope they’ll buff Arty and Fletcher, and fix the many bugs associated with them.

Genuinely surprised Phantom isn’t there. Although it makes sense.

Yeah Phantom not being in rotation is damage control, plain and simple. Fletcher freaking rocks though, not UP at all. He just has like you said some bugs and non functional augments like lock on that need to be addressed but oh boy when they are

Fragger is in the rotation as well. Though PCgamer probably still has free Fragger codes if you haven’t got one, so that’s really not that big of a deal…

Don’t think Fletcher needs a buff, but Arty needs a nerf (jk).

Fletcher needs his bugging out sticky bomb fixed. Today I throw one on a Sparks head, it stuck to it and…disappeared before I managed to detonate it.

Arty is one of my favourite classes. I like the fact you can use the artillery often to prevent people from planting / defusing or repairing. You can still disable EV with it but it’s more tricky than an airstrike. Also his secondary weapons aren’t that great.

Arty’s secondaries are perfectly fine for finishing someone off. I’ve also never had any trouble disabling the EV with him, wouldn’t even personally consider it tricky. The tricky part in general is how finicky the designator is. Also I agree that Fletcher needs to have that bug fixed, as well as lock on.

Phantom isn’t in the free rotation because he hasn’t been out for at least 2 weeks yet. In the past new Mercs have been in the following free rotation because that’s the schedule we were trying to stick with- since there have been delays on updates the rotation has been affected. Even if there isn’t an update we think it’s important to keep the rotations bi-weekly.

Fletcher is great in skilled hands. Personally I like the “set it and forget it” nature of Proxy when it comes to explosives.

And if I must use grenades, Fragger is best. I dont like that I have to throw and also manually detonate Fletchers bomb. Plus they feel weak when you only use one.

I find he is a great deterrent character none the less. His nades hurt enough and replenish quickly enough to scare people away from him at times.

The side effect of this is that we may get a new merc added in time to be included in the next rotation and this is hopefully a merc that has a phantom defence. If phantom was in this free roation with only the occasionaly vasilli to un-stealth him it would have been a ninja slaughter fest.

Also, hopefully some decent data to fix Arty, and also fixes to Fletchers broken balls and augments.

AND…he is completely broken, has every DB forum on the internet in flames, and is driving players off in droves.

They don’t want to see what it looks like when he is free, not in the state he is in anyway.

There’s going to be a lot of throwable explosives with this, better use only cards with the take 20% less explosives damage augment. Also, what if you had an audio clue when a grenade was being cooked?

If the Fragger ducks behind cover/stops shooting, run. It’s pretty obvious when he’s cooking a nade, and hail mary nades miss most of the time.

I really like the M62 loadout. It has M4A1, 20% less damage received from explosions and 10% bigger radius for frags.
