with all of the Nexon support site down, how do folks get support ?

so that means someone e-mails Nexon and they e-mail Splash for the answer ?

I’m actually concerned, we get amazing interaction here, but the Nexon crowd don’t have such intimate access. Maybe you could ask them to find an Unreal Engine fan amongst their crew, school them on the launcher and have a bit better support in the forums.

That very much depends on the topic of discussion. Nexon’ll have no problem helping out the vast majority of Customer Support requests.

Their level of support will ramp up alongside the size of the playerbase. So you should see more activity from them when more players begin to come onboard.
