i see the login screen asking for username/password for 2 seconds, then it directly forwards me to
https://www.nexon.net/api/v001/zendesk/sso?return_to=https://support-dirtybomb.nexon.net/hc/en-us/signin
which just shows
{“error”:{“code”:“401”,“type”:“Unauthorized”,“message”:“Unauthorized”}}
in plain text. I know this isn’t exactly your responsibility, but since this badly coded login page prevents me from submitting the problem to Nexon, this post is basically the last resort.
I regularily record video evidence, render & convert it, upload it to youtube and create tickets there. Besides me never being certain if there’s any point in doing so, it now also becomes technically impossible.
