We had a comp. match right now and some guys of the enemy started hacking. So one of our players left the game and started to contact the Nexon Support and chatted live with a moderator. The first time today, we met a hacker, they said the guy who was hacking was offline and they only could do something if he is online.
Well our member had a live chat with a Nexon GM and wrote with him while he tried to endurance the fight against the hackers (Enemies had 2 hackers in game)
Luckily we were attacker at first so he had much time to do it and at start of the reround the Nexon GM wrote him, they couldn’t do anything to reason with the hacker right now.
What is fucking wrong with Nexon?
In other games you just need to contact the support and they don’t need 20 minutes and ban the guys but in Dirty Bomb the Nexon Support is just useless, a dumb pack of chillers who aren’t interested in this game anymore, i think
