Nexon sloppy or discriminatory?

Last June when I was new to DB and here, after a few days of forum activity, I was never able to log into this account and would always get an “invalid session” error. After a long to and fro with Support, it was unresolved and I lost all interest in the game and stopped playing. I wouldn’t care usually but I missed the community part of DB, so I think that contributed to that loss of interest.

Present day: History repeated itself after the recent “backend maintenance” only this time the error is different and Nexon Support is inaccessible. I recorded the issue and sent a ticket but haven’t got any proper response or reason other than the standard automative reply.

I have this issue from every single medium I tried. Different computers, internets, browsers, operating systems and even my phone, every single time the same issue. As a last resort of reaching out to anybody for support, I tried to ask mods or managers through direct chat but nobody accepted my friend request on Steam. I even posted to Faraleth’s comments for any sort of help like forwarding it to Noxie or something but I guess got no response.

While just having a minute to myself, I had a hunch and I used a proxy on my Firefox and then I was able to log in, which is how I’m posting this. Yes, it is an UK proxy. I am from Asia, and this to me looks something really weird. I’ve heard a lot of negative things about Nexon but I never actually gave an ear to any of that and always trusted my instinct of the my love for DB and community.

I don’t know what to believe in anymore. Does Nexon have a problem or doesn’t give a shhit about my region or the players playing from here? I know I sound lame possibly but there is no way for me to reach anyone with my problem other than this sudden eureka of a proxy.

Hope you respond and provide me a solution Nexon, so I can continue being a part of this nice community and play this dirty wonderful game. Thanks.

Hey dude, I did in fact forward this video when you sent it to me the other day, and it should be being looked into. I didn’t get back to you, because I had nothing to report or tell you at the current time. It really sucks that it’s not working properly for you though, and I have no idea why that would be :frowning:
