So, yeah, I haven’t played in a long time. So sorry. Anyways, I’ve finally gotten around to installing the Nexon launcher. I click on the Dirty Bomb game to play and I get the error message:
“Error: This product cannot be installed”
What do I need to do to fix this?

Seems you haven’t played in 7/8 months? I wasn’t part of it but iirc, around october you had to “merge/migrate” your SD founder account to a Nexon one in order to keep playing DB under Nexon’s dominion. Were you still playing at that time or is it the first time you’ve installed the Nexon launcher?
Support might be able to help you with that.

Yeah, I haven’t played since last summer or maybe earlier. I just installed the Nexon launcher tonight and it’s popping up the error immediately when I click to play DB. Who needs to help migrate me over, the Nexon guys or SD?
It used to be on the SD account game page, not sure if it’s still there.
Contact SD support first, they’re (way^12) faster.
