Sure they have a contract, but if i was in charge i would really start evaluating the “nexon performance”. Nexon wouldnt Meer my service expectations and therefore i would get legal advice to get out of the contract

Nexon just needs to be more communicative. Tell us why it was down - and it will be much easier to accept that it was down.
Unless its repeatedly the same “stupid” issue. E.g. some guy did fall over the network cable.

I give some keys to some friends and they can’t play the game cause of the nexon launcher … always stuck in “verifying” mode, or account not valid (change password 3 times) etc … trying to delete the .ini files do nothing
