New weapons
Weapons have one role and one role only; to kill things. Its your class/abilities that have a role.
Hey, no problem. You seem cool. Can you get a profile picture, pretty please? Not trying to be a nudge, but if you notice on this forum, most of the haters don’t bother getting a profile picture. Why, cuz they are just here to troll. 
nah… i don’t think so… diferent weapons play diferently and assume different roles… like… explosive weapons for crowds… and smgs for run and gun and so on…
No wonder why you feel cheated, you don’t even understand which role each weapon fills. Keep playing Brink, you might be surprised to learn that it has more depth than you think it does. The only reason why you want more weapons is because you do not understand how the existing ones work. Sure, they need a few balance tweaks here and there but for the most part they each do something that another cannot.
It would be more solid with a software development kit (SDK) that allow people like me to add content, like high quality characters/weapons. The reason that soudns contradictory is that I want SD to focus on expanding the gameplay in otherways, like more complex maps as far as objectives, and non-linear campaigns/moving objectives.
Doing things that the game was not based around would just bloat the game and not drive it in the right direction. Fixing bugs and allowing user made content should be the priority.

I’m an old school arena shooter guy. I dont care what people think, if we get an SDK I will bring Quake/UT type weapons into Brink 
Nice lowpoly models. If you want to get into modeling hardcore you should try making it high poly and researching how to bake it to a low polygon model. It’s a challenge, but the end result is worth it.

There are plenty of weapons for the heavy … absence of a rocket launcher is a blessing
ET:QW had a great balance of weapons … virtually all possible options with no extra fluff
BC2 has plenty of fluff e.g: I got platinum(1000 kills) for all assault rifles and came to the conclusion that they were all the same weapon, cept 2 of them were burst fire instead of full-auto.[/QUOTE]
umm you arnt a regular heavy there arnt enough if you ask me that darned grenade launcher should se a delete function too the people who use it are ignorant.it wont kill
