New version server bug

Since updating to phantom patch whenever I try to join a server it says “The server is running a newer version of the game.” I am sure that the game is updated and steam has no other updates. Solutions tempted: re-download and re-install no success.

Did you try verifying game files as well?

Verifying game files triggered a new download which fixed the issue. Thanks very much.
