New update broke mouse sensitivity for me...

The new update has broken my mouse sensitivity.
Every time I change my mouse sensitivity it won’t apply and feels slow and sluggish.
I use 20 as my mouse sensitivity with 800 dpi on my mouse with no smoothing, and had no issues before this new update.
Now it feels like the mouse is at half of that sensitivity.
I tried every method that I could, even through the ini files, but nothing had worked so far.
