NEW TO GAME... error upon start and wont sign in

I’ve recently downloaded db on steam and tried to run the game over 20 times now, i keep getting the same error…
Error sign in could not be complete, ive turned off firewall and all other virus programs i have. nothing seems to work. tried on my second account and still nothing at all. i literally get the same error everytime. I would love for some feedback and help, anything is helpful at this point.

thank you very much for your response but i seem to be finding my way on to the same suggestions and ive tried every possible one listed…

if all else fails, create a ticket and expect to wait a month where they ask you once a week if the issue is solved yet
