New RAD Soldiers Update Adds Push Notifications

Those of you that are part of our Canadian RAD Soldiers stress test can now download a new game update for RAD Soldiers, adding push notifications. If you choose to enable them, you’ll now get a notification when Important Things Happen, including:

 • You receive a turn back from your opponent

 • A new multiplayer challenge arrives

 • A challenge you’ve sent has been accepted

 • One of your matches is going to expire shortly

 • One of your matches has ended

In other words, with notifications enabled, you’ll now know the instant one of your games is ready for your tactical brain-thoughts, which should make playing matches faster and more efficient than before.

To update the game, you’ll need to be signed into the iTunes account you used to download it in the first place. Once you’ve done that, just head to the App Store and check out the Updates tab.

Do you have any suggestions for how to improve RAD Soldiers? Post them up in the comments or in our feedback forum!

Is this game as good as it looks? Is it a game where whoever spends the most money wins the most games or are the purchased upgrades balanced?

Hey Worldfamous
this game is awesome.
I’ve played a lot of games, from WoW over 3 years to CoD MW2+3 over 1-2 ears… ( well, those are computer games and they did not like… satisfy me, they get boring over time
i have over 1200 apps, over 300 games downloaded from the appstore and tested, in category"games" nothing realy hit me. I do play a bit … boost 2, nuts!, doodle jump(only a bit) and those things…
but this is the best game in the (canadian ) appstore in my eyes.

i did not do any IAP yet, and ( without “posing” around or so) have only lost 1 serious game from about 20-40

you may spend 5mins a day to the game and still have fun with your friends but you can also have fun over 8hours and it is not like “nerding” around, you can perfectly watch a movie or like two and a half men … listen to musik or do something else and still be there playing a bit.

and it is not getting boring so far. I totaly love to have not too many things but to, you know, test things and rework strategies and i totally love setting traps ( metaphorical) and letting them hit the enemy very hard .;…;.

download it, play it, love it

with friendly regards
