i think it would be smart to show the new menues and how to navigate through them. they could show how the party system works. show some controller options, and maby a nice full demonstration of how to custimize your character. … idk it was just a thought
New Promotional Video Idea?
So far they’ve kept all of the promo vids universal and ‘agnostic’, I don’t see them making platform specific videos.
haha yeah and then just have BRINK likes fast cars. at the end and call it a trailer.
Is this sarcasm? I thought you were playing on the redundancy of tutorial 1 and 4 but now I can’t tell. If the menus need tutorials, they fail. I didn’t understand why the HUD needed another overview after what it got in the first tutorial.

I have this idea where a developer enters one of their test matches, presses his Fraps hotkey and then releases it online.
If they do indeed have proper demo recording and ‘theater’ mode type thing, then they could show that off I suppose… flimsy excuse for a video, but a selfish one on my part
they really dont have anything else to show excpet for the demo mode, and a PURE custimization video.
I would be surprised if it was any different from the ETQW recorder. Most likely with the same commands and everything.
How do I say this without offending the minions… I’m thinking it’ll be more ‘console friendly’? More inclusion in the UI and less reliance on binds… but yes i’m fully expecting the commands to be similar/the same. Wondering how large the area of relevance is, will we get all activity blops style or will fighting happening too far away not be included in the demo? Have they fixed the step back command? Is demo cutting working properly? Will rendering screenshots larger than your screen give the artifacts on the borders? Will unlocking fps cause the player animation anomalies still?
A lot of questions I’m sure I can wait 9 days to find out.
will we get all activity blops style or will fighting happening too far away not be included in the demo?
I count on this. I think they favour optimisation over accurate recordings. They also said that a step back is way too much work and not worth implementing on an Idtech based engine.
