New Obsidian Loadout Cards Very Bad

i love fletcher, but i hate his rifle!

the must of ppl love playing with his main weapon “AHNUHLD-12”, if SD made new skins why don’t put other weapons by loadouts it’s very easy and very nice.

for must of fletcher players like me, i (can’t\don’t love) to play with fletcher rifle and i will not pay money for it

and the same for arty and stoker, SD guys you can’t choose what weapons we want or force us to play with it if we want new skins!

maybe players agree with me, maybe not… but please put other loadouts to play with (main weapons!)

Yeah sure but why not to make things better? People will be happy with new skins and loadouts they like and SD will make more money on these incredibly looking skins which they totally deserve for such an amazing design. It is win win if it does not ruin SDs future plans.

nothing ! they will get more money, they happy and we happy

it’s “new skins” they put new skins to buy i want this new skin but i don’t want the weapon !

I thought I might try to suggest a few positives from these special edition cards.

SD are clearly trying to recruit more staff to increase the output for DB so surely by purchasing these cards you are helping to pay for the creativity that will produce new maps/mercs etc.

If loadout card trading ever does become a reality, then surely these Obsidian cards will just about be the 2nd most valuable cards (after the founders cards) since players will have to spend real cash to buy them now? Lots of us might have been around a while and have Containment War, Dickens, REV, S2 and S3 freebie cards but relatively few might buy these. Much of the comment on the “quality” of the loadouts or the choice of perks is pretty much personal preference isn’t it? Any player that says “most players like me” can’t possibly really know what most players want or prefer.

Personally I won’t be buying them as I don’t spend money on cosmetic stuff for games but I will be a little bit jealous when I see them in game.

@dom_pedro1969 except for the Fletcher the cards won’t hold any value, the augments on the other cards are just to useless for them to be decent.

The loadouts for these cards are not “very bad” - Fletcher’s is top tier while the Stoker and Arty loadouts are middle of the road.

If you don’t prefer the weapons that come with these skins that’s fine, it’s also your personal preference. Plenty of player prefer the Timik and Blishlok over the alternatives for these mercs.

If you wanted the cards you would buy them. Wanting to support SD is unrelated to you liking the way the cards look but not the weapons they come with.

I don’t understand why people care so much about augments.

Most of the time I play with the default no-augment cards and do just as well as I do with the augments.

and what the point when i spend money on loadout card never use it ?
“yeah cuz as i say must of players who plays fletcher are us main weapon as me”

If you don’t prefer the weapons that come with these skins that’s fine. The same complaint has already been voiced elsewhere on this forum and on Reddit. You’ll only have to avoid them in the store for two more weeks.
