LoXodonte has been working on skins and such for this idea for a long time and just recently decided to start recruiting other members for the team. I joined recently and then Iokain too. I’m not sure what you mean by an official mod-banner for linking, but we would love anyone linking to us, just to the homepage would be fine http://www.freewebs.com/returnoftheaxis/index.htm and the name of the mod is Return of the Axis. Not sure if that answers your question. Thanks for your interest. I am thinking it is going to be a fun mod to play, kinda outrageous and over-the-top hopefully.
