[New Merc] XCAT

Bio: XCAT was working for an company that was developing special weapons for the U.S. Navy. When she heared about the dirty bomb attack, she moved to London and became a powerful fighter.

First Ability: XCAT pulls 2 knifes out and activates her suit.
With this she will run 20% faster than normal and can hover 3s in midair.
While in this mode she can only use her melee weapons.
This ability will last 20s with an cooldown of 50s.

Second ability: Ammo Station.

HP and speed: same as Bushwacker

A load of community members hate that phantom was considered ‘melee oriented’ by some. Even if you ‘do that idea correctly,’ there will be people who start spouting complaints about this ‘not being Chivalry or a melee game.’ Fun idea, but I’m skeptical about its application in Dirty Bomb.

and i like miniguns so ill put a minigun on every merc i create.
you cant do that just because “you like it”, and i cant put miniguns on every merc i make. this is the world we live in.

If you want my honest opinion, I wouldn’t spend an idea on this merc if I had one. She pulls out two knives, gets a speed boost, magically hovers for 3 seconds, and has an ammo station because you like ammo stations. There’s nothing to expand on.

Making your suggestion more interesting:
She can use only 1 melee weapon: Ballistic Knives, 2 at same time.
Primary weapons should be SMGs.
Secondaries: Pistols.
Her suit, letting her hover in the air, isn’t suitable to carry ammo stations. She only will have this skill.
HP and movement speed should be the same as Phoenix, since we can balance his playstyle (Movement speed) with HP.

Great idea, this however won’t currently fit into the playstile that is in my opinion “Dirty-Bomb”

This is summing up a lot of my opinion as well, maybe as the community moves in a new direction it might be considered.

…Forgot last time: rocketjumps/increased mobility through gliding might be broken in DB if implemented wrongly.
