Steady and quick charge on Phoenix, kinda weird to me. The red one got helping children crossing the street safer and changing light-bold faster, i guess the name for that loadout is Good Husband Phoenix Operative.

@sympatheticMotorcycle The “Steady” I have to agree with, because… he has NO deployables for it to apply to :L So I haven’t a clue how it would work. “Quick Charge” is a little more understandable, as it could apply to either his defibs, or his self-revive, maybe. Who knows…

Here is also something worth mention, in the 1st dishing the dirt you could see a stoker card with an M4, there are also some sniff videos from closed beta when he opened a few Stark AR stoker cards and it is with no doubt that his default is the AK… I mean Timik.
So yeah most likely they won’t change that so here is what you can expect from stoker.
