I mean if it was a militaristic device that pushed people back then sure, like an air compressor. A kick is for overwatch, dirty bomb relies on futurtistic military equipment as abilities, not superpowers.

I’d read the rest if you adjusted it to the theme.

Plus we already have Japanese mercenarys.

It’s militaristic, knife isn’t an ability. Granted they’re exceptions in some way, however it’s an incendairy grenade not a Molotov cocktail.

Kiras laser, Phantoms armor & emp, skyhammer airstrike jet, phoenix, aura, sparks, vassili.

They’re all militaristic, futuristic or both. Karate kid doesn’t fit the theme.

They had throwing knives in game already. I think they removed it because of bugs or glitches caused by them.

@Fyrix , here are some futuristic elements.
-Laser knives, they are electronicly boosted, with purple laser trims, their range is increased, and they deliver more damage as they fly faster and have laser edge.

Tbh the knives weren’t the problem. The knives are better off as an ability too. Just the primary ability needs changing for me to support it. Not the actual ability but the delivery method of it.
