Spacing. Please, explain combat suit in detail. Something that can be used only once per spawn wave has to be REALLY character defining - i.e. Phoenix’s self-revive.
(Also, A suite is something else.)

And he gets it back in 2min or when he spawn again…

See every other mercenary that has been suggested better than yours that has a combat suit/armor. For example mine; Armadillo.
Whilst I agree an armor mercenary would be nice, your attempt at one isn’t.
Having armor means you should have a drawback like relying on CQC. You’ve given UNIQUE guns to this mercenary which is a bit of a no-no in my eyes.
No mercenary has a kukri and cricket bat.
The name is a bit stupid honestly, makes sense but stupid. Thor is worse than condom - atleast Condom makes sense.
150 HP + 60 HP suit = 210 HP. So just Rhino but an LMG as his primary.
