I did some more tweaks and was able to get probably some of the best looking recorded gameplay of Brink. This game looks amazing with the right set up.

I am running 1920x1080 @ 120Hz

I used the BrinkConfig tool.

Getting from 40-65fps, mostly hovers around 50fps.
