going to fix this and see what can be done to have less players in the outdoor PVS areas… This should reduce the server’s network interfaces usage a lot…

Two more bugs:

It seems that its also possible for the allies to get onto the same mountains as the axis. From allied side you can get up there by walking up the terrain close to where the axis would walk down from the mountains.

Another bug: Sometimes after the axis have blasted the base gate and are going for the keycard, the axis spawnpoint is reset to the main gate… come to think of it it may be because the tank blows the main gate AFTER the axis have captured one of the later spawnpoints.

here’s a minor bug, when the tank fires to destroy the gate, the turret rotates in the wrong direction
If you stand in front of the tank, you see it turn clockwise with the canon barrel as the rotation axis :-\

We’re preparing a fixed version of daybreak to sort all this out… I’ve noted all the things you guys kindly pointed it so we can fix them all :wink:

I’m also going to work on something for the first part of the map, in order to avoid having sooooo many players in the same PVS… That seems to really increase lag and network useage since the interpolation is very low for players in the same PVS… :smiley:
