Alleys released!

Day 3 of mapping is over… Alleys is done and out, 21 hours of mapping and the map is ready for the public, personal record but it just went smooth and problemless.

A small town is the scenery for this battle, the team that takes control over the city will find itself in glory. Five territories must be held to secure the town.

Well i wont keep you occupied any longer.

Get the map here! http://alenet.mine.nu/files/alleys_zipfile.zip

Server running the map: 213.112.60.41:27961 or just connect to ‘alenet.mine.nu:27961’ if the IP changes for some reason!

Happy fraggin!

As always Drakir, great looking map! Reminds me of the old map in RTCW based on the level where you escort the tank from the SP game… cant remember its name? Played a lot of goldrush instagib on that map!! heh heh

Have a drink and a banana for your efforts!

Just a question, what gametype should I preferrably be using, I started the server in stopwatch mode and being alone on the server at the time of test I finished taking all the flags in a few minutes, but when the next round started I was switched to the other team with the message that the clock now was set to 974:35, felt kind of wrong somehow…

Stopwatch workes kinda funny when winner is set to -1, in other words no one is the default winner of the map.

I have been testing the map in SW and there is no problem playing the map in that mode. Except for the fact that the map is not ended when the time runs out even if the time was not beaten. The map will still go on untill all flags are secured and then end and say that the time was not beaten.
