This game is definitely F2P, not pay to win, we’re ok on this point.
Csgo is pay to play, but dirty bomb isn’t. The game is designed on this economy. If you change this system, the community will change. It’s not a bad thing, but free to play request more investment than pay to play, because of numbers of hours required to unlock a cobalt.
In a pay to play, I can’t find a motivation when you unlock all your stuff in about 50hours.
It’s a good game, but the small amount of players make it not worth the pay to play price.
New ideas to get people to play ranked needed.
@PurpleHippo trinkets aren’t retarded but the ranked trinkets are barely visible, if they would look atleast a bit shiny it would be something worth playing for imo.

Live ESEA matches only pulled in around 200 - 400 viewers everytime.
Now with MM that number has increased to 750 - 1000.
Ranked cases don’t sound too bad to me. Either increase their high rarity drop chances or make them like event cases and contain special ranked skins. Shiny loadout cards have been a major motivation factor for many players so far.

To avoid noobs on ranked, SD can calcul skill as team contribution, objective contribution and K/D and not Win/Loose. So noobs can’t be carry by good teams, so they don’t access to good rank and then people who want to play seriously can play on higher ranks whithout noobs stucked in low ranks.
And this system avoid good people being stuck in low rank because of his/her bad teams he carry but still get stomped.
I disagree with increasing the credit per minute count to attract people into playing competitive. I don’t want a bunch of brainless people farming their shit in competitive…

We dont need ignorant useless pubbers in ranked who are there just for the reward and pub dont need pissed off tryhard that will CAPSLOCK as soon the shadow of a defeat will start showing.
All we need is a good way to rank people. So pubs players will maybe play ranked, but good people will fight against good people, and noobs will fight against noobs in low ranks.

Already is though, played one duo game today and a teammate went 4/36. At least some cases would make it more bearable.
