new Game Mode ? ?

some ideas of new game Modes it will be awesome to have in Dirty Bomb some of them have never seen before

description ::::

triple threat : 3 teams :smiley: ::: 3 team fight each other and last team who survive will be the winner

Last Man Standing : 1 vs all B) ::: everyone on his own fight for your life no bases just spawn point 1 death each player and the last player who stay alive will be the winner … ( 10 rounds or more depends on the server )

CTF : capture the flag >:) ::: features both RED and BLU bases, each containing its own Flag The goal for both teams is to capture the enemy’s Flag until they have reached the game’s capture limit (default limit is 3 captures) while preventing their enemy from achieving the same.

triple threat Execution :# ::: the defense team has more players and they have to eliminate 2 attacker teams if the defense team been eliminated the attacker team fight each other and see who survive and the team who survive will be the winner

Domination Control Point : capture all control points o:) ::::: Both teams start with no controlled points, and all points start out neutral. The team that captures all control points wins . if the times runs out the team that have more control point wins

  1. Is going to be hard to balance I feel.
  2. I don’t think that would work in Dirty Bomb since many of the mercs have certain abilities that would be way better then the abilities of others.
  3. Definitely possible and definitely not a bad idea.
  4. No… just no… :smiley: Execution is not that popular if you look at what a recent poll showed. I think a lot of people wouldn’t like another execution type mode. (I know, I’m one of them)

  5. The most plausible one imo. Would love to see that but with a few extras. I mentioned this in another thread.


Conquest mode mixed with some side objectives.
People would have to fight for 3 or 4 controlpoints. Capturing and securing those bases would give you points. If a controlpoint is in your teams hands for some time then you get some more points.

Meanwhile the side objectives (which could be similar to some of the objectives of the objective and stopwatch mode) will give you also some points if you succeed in them. for example if you capture a jammer (hacking) then you’ll get 25 points. Some of the side objectives can give you an extra bonus like for instance the jammer would help for a certain time to deny the heartbeat sensor of Vassili in a certain area around the jammer itself. That way your team doesn’t get spotted in a certain area. That would be a nice way to make a more in dept conquest mode imo.

On the top of the screen you see the controlpoints you can capture (either 2,3 or 4) and on the right you see the timed side objective. Once the time of the side objective is over then the teams would get a random new one.

It keeps the conquest gamemode varied and more in depth than most of the conquest modes in other games.
