New Explosion Probs

I made some new explosion sprites and i keep getting these boxes on after effects like smoke!!! When i shoot the panzar the smoke is not round its like a square and I also have this prob with all other smoke trails Except grenade trails those are fine!!! Here are pictuers of the smoke after the dyno was blown!!1 How can i fix this prob??? I tried everything i know!!!

Looks like you might have the alpha channel setup wrong, or the shader’s not quite right…

Can you see if you can fix it if I send you the files cause I tried everything I know in photoshope!!! And I just don’t know what to do anymore!! SO can you help me out??? I would give you credit for my mod when I will release it. Possible in 2 weeks the beta is coming out???

Might be a problem - I’m going on holiday for 2 weeks, and I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it. Sorry. Post a link or attach the files (make sure the .tga is one of them). I might be able to look, but maybe someone else could help.

Hi MADDOG

I looked at your .tga, and they don’t have any alpha channels.
To fix, open in photoshop, select all, copy, add a alpha channel, and then paste into the new channel, save as 32 bit tga

I’ve done this for you:

So long as you use the correct shader, it should work now.

Man I thank you so much works perfectly!!! Thank you!!! Your getting credit on my mod!!! Without this I could not have released the new explosions!!! Also I have another prob maybe you can help me with!!! I made a new axis canister and I want it to show up on the axis side!!! Kind of like the ammo boxes, there are 2 diff colors I want the canisters to act the same way, one for allies and one for axis and they are colored differently can you help me make this work???
