Went out exactly like I thought.
“Most reported issues” answers follow the usual pattern.
Players asking for credit refunds for mercs already purchased (when buying the all merc pack) was ignored.
The whole obsidian operatives exclusiness thing was ignored (and yes , I will keep annoying you with it SD). Except from one comment with SD saying founder obsidians were for founders. Not convincing.
Aimee obsidian: more advertising.
Vote for next obsidian:" its skyhammer, now follow us on instagram. We dont need to admit that we didnt communicate about this happening. Just leave it to reddit instead."
I was hoping SD would pick mercs who didn’t already have a special skin.

Sky and prox both have founders skins any merc with a founders skin should be last to get a new look. Kira nader rhino ect have no obsidians period that i know of. Sky hamer has a founders obsidian. I hope they give sky a look completely different than founders. Pleas dont just change the card design and slap the founders in the face let those stay exclusive.
I really don’t understand the whole argument about the founder cards meaning they should be last. Those are extremely exclusive and came out years ago. They’re also in first edition and not all the strongest loadouts. Plus I’m pretty sure that most of the people making this argument don’t even have them. Anyway, I think that it’s great to have an obsidian skyhammer. Hoping they stick with the whole default loadout thing and make it the M92.

Because i want to see the ones that dont have cards yet to get them.
So is the oprative skyhammer going to throw cans of bang instead of ammo packs
I wonder how marketing is going to pull this off.

My guess it’ll be either in the midseason ranked release or applied at the beginning of next season like Aura and Fragger.
