hey DB team, i am a player of dirty bomb and i was playing phantom constantly from the update. according to me these changes are not needed as:
- it would change the core mechanics of phantom and how he was intended to work
- after these tweaks he would be same as old phantom which is not what is intended
- people are complaining about invis cause they dont realize the way his stealth works and they dont know that he is pretty visible on high brightness
Instead of these i would recommend these changes:
- when phantom attacks instead of getting of of invisibile immediately it would decloak in pattern making a weird sound to indicate others that he is decloaked ( don’t make it too high or it will ruin his flank always)
- make him charge upto 3 emp charges in his stealth which can be used outside his cloak too(if he uses his 1 emp charge out of cloak the decloaking sound will increase a bit)and the min value he can store in stealth is 1 (as per how current emp works)
except these rest of his mechanics are working as intended and i think he is easy to spot if you are aware of your surroundings. nerfing him will revert the new changes made so we suggest that he is balanced at this position.

Also in addition it would be nice that if he attacks the decloak works as i mentioned above and once he attacks he decloaks and ehen he stops firing he will go in stealth the same manner he decloaks. doesnt nerf/buff hin completely.
