Hi, Again, So I just saw the concept art for phoenix and the different designs he had for his mask, and I thought they look Extremely cool. if they sold some of those as a cometic you can equip at the ingame store, including other mercs concept art, I’d buy them. Just wondering if any of you would aswell.
(FYI, I’m not talking about them making this a thing NOW, just a thought for the future)
All in all I’m absolutely baffled on how Nexon can be involved yet this magnitude of cash-grabbing feature, custom skins, have been negleted so much ._.
One argument I vaguely remember hearing from dev stream for lack of different looking (rather than simply different coloured like we got now) was keeping mercenaries recognizable. Weird if that’d be only reason, since we already got founders cards, yet they’re easily identifiable as their respective mercs still.
Really hoping more will be added in future. Also having different gunskins and cosmetic modifications, not only trinkets, would be a nice cash-stream inducer imo.
I would pay for more things like trinkets - things visible to me during gameplay. Gloves seem like an obvious choice. But then SD would need to first fix existing loadouts since gloves on model in barracks do not match with those in-game, at least for certain skins.
Imagine if they actually made stuff that people would feel inclined to spent money on that isn’t gambling with a payout chance worse than a real casino.
Ridiculous.
