Out of curiosity, will we be able to request a credit refund for the mercs we already own if we purchase the new bundles? I know for a fact that you can request credit refunds for mercs that you unlocked prior to purchasing ‘The Ultimate Starter Pack’, so does that also apply for these new bundles?

See now, that’s the problem. They don’t outright say you won’t be able to request a credit refund. It just ‘sounds’ like it ‘could’ mean that’s not a possibility, but I’d like to know with certainty.
Submitting a ticket with Support would be the best way to find out. I know there was never an ‘official’ announcement about it for the Starter Pack, but there were still a lot of single merc refunds, etc.

In my honest opinion it would be a smart business move to make it a policy to issue credit refunds for any mercs you already owned when buying bundles. This means more money as people would be far less hesitant to buy the bundles.
I mean most people will unlock at least one of the mercs if they do not buy a bundle right away, I did. Therefore I will not purchase the bundles. However credits would not affect their profits (as in being able to buy more cases) the way our cash would, in my opinion. (The opinion of someone who has not studied business.)
I assume this is just the first stab at making bundles, but it seems slightly awkward that anyone who bought the starter pack won’t really find these bundles appealing as they contain 1-2 of those mercs alongside the newer ones. They’re a good deal for people wanting just a few extra mercs though.
An alternative idea if they decide credit refunds aren’t going to happen might be to make some kind of pick your own bundle, where you pick from a selection of mercs for the stated price - though this might make individual merc purchases too unappealing? It’s really hard to know what they’re shooting for in the monetization long term. Still have my fingers crossed for a better cosmetics system to waste some hard earned cash on! :#
Either a refund on the mercs alrdy owned, or the ‘‘Make ur own bundle’’ Idea i posted earlier. 
So, who wants to be the guinea pig that buys a bundle in which they already own one more more mercs in said bundle and then asks support for a credit refund for those mercs? Do it for great justice.

And the longer it takes to bring out future bundles, the less likely people will want to buy them because they will already own some of the mercs. These should have been in place before the beta went open.

Wait. I can get a refund for Proxy since I bought her with credits before I found out about the Starter Pack?
Looks like they aren’t doing it anymore. That kinda sucks. Although, I do wonder if it means they simply aren’t doing it for packs purchased after 6/22 but maybe still will for packs that were bought before 6/22. I’m guessing the former.

We will no longer be granting credit equivalent refunds for any mercs previously owned prior to purchasing a pack/bundle of any kind.
