I am pretty sure that Stoker is insane.
the character is pretty much another assasin maniac shaco.
Phantom is insane. He beleives he is a Legend. he thinks he is in a video game. he has kiled for pizza
Fragger and Thunder are clearly unstable.
Fragger: enjoys violence a LOT. Is always yelling.
Thunder. Clearly enjoys hurting others and violence in general.
