Actually it’s not. Nowadays it takes a cheater/ex-cheater to catch one. Since normal players usually aren’t capable of recognizing the pattern.

thru webcam u can record players screen and a little bit of the player itself - u could see if he is using anything that makes the et look diffrent (hud, wallhack etc). manual detecion.
